Planning the strategy

During the initial discussions, the strategy for acquiring new customers was defined by the Member Get Member model - a system where customers refer persons in exchange for benefits, creating a chain reaction.

Therefore, the project scope was divided in two distinct fronts: a portal focused on the current customer (referrer), where they are engaged and can track their progress, and on the other hand, an offers page where new customers (referred) can learn more about the product.

Referral platform

Through conversations and research, some important insights emerged. The essential requirements for the platform MVP were defined using the User Story Map tool. From this validation the flow and a more detailed prototype were constructed.

Attracting new customers

It was necessary to build the journey for new customers (referrals) which consisted of a simpler flow aimed at presenting the product - in this case, satellite internet packages - and their respective offers at the moment.
